Traffic Modifications for Charm City Lights

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary road closures and traffic modifications for the Charm City Lights display at Druid Hill Park.

The event runs nightly through Monday, January 1, 2024.  On these days, Druid Hill Park will close to non-participants at 5:00 p.m.  Display attendees must enter the park near the Rawlings Conservatory entrance at Gwynns Falls Parkway and Beechwood Drive.  All other park entrances will be closed nightly through Monday, January 1, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. each night:

  • Swann Drive closed at Druid Park Lake Drive
  • Sission Street and East Drive – Closed for inbound traffic into Druid Hill Park

Please note that all vehicles must vacate the park by 3:00 p.m. daily, except from the Rawlings Conservatory parking area, as cars will begin to be towed from the park at this time. Motorists should adhere to all posted parking restrictions to avoid being ticketed and towed.
