Southbound S. Clinton Street closed between Boston Street and Eastbourne Avenue through the fall of 2021

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a portion of southbound S. Clinton Street is closed for roadway rehabilitation work as part of the S. Clinton Street Rehabilitation Project.  

At this time, southbound S. Clinton Street is closed to through traffic between Boston Street and Eastbourne Avenue with detours and parking restrictions in effect.  This portion of southbound S. Clinton Street is expected to remain closed to vehicular traffic through the fall of 2021.

Detour signs have been posted in the area to alert motorists of the closure.  Vehicles trying to access southbound S. Clinton Street from eastbound Boston Street will be detoured onto S. Highland Avenue.  Motorists traveling along westbound Boston Street destined for southbound S. Clinton Street will be detoured on to S. Newkirk Street.    

Motorists traveling in this vicinity are encouraged to be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and to use alternate routes.
