The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that heavy traffic congestion is expected in Baltimore City this afternoon, Sunday, June 7, 2020.

Motorists traveling in Baltimore City today, especially the Fells Point, Inner Harbor, downtown areas, are strongly advised to be prepared for heavy traffic congestion and temporary traffic stops this afternoon/evening.

The following roadways will be closed on Sunday, June 7, 2020 starting at 5:00 p.m.:

• Broadway at Aliceanna Street (stopping southbound traffic)
• Broadway at Thames Street (stopping northbound traffic)
• Lancaster Street at Bond Street (stopping eastbound traffic)
• Lancaster Street at Ann Street (stopping westbound traffic)

Motorists traveling in these areas should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
