Portion of Conway Street will also be affected

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that temporary lane closures will be implemented along portions of Charles Street and Conway Street for sidewalk construction.

Starting on or about Monday, July 16, 2018 and continuing through July 23, 2018, the right lane of northbound Charles Street will be closed to through traffic between Barre and Conway Streets.  Bus stops located along this stretch of Charles Street will be temporarily closed during this time. 

In addition, the right turn lane of eastbound Conway Street will also be closed to through traffic east of S. Charles Street to Light Street on or about July 23, 2018 through August 03, 2018. 

Please note that these dates may vary slightly due to construction schedules and weather conditions.  Motorists traveling in these vicinities should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and should consider using alternate routes.
