Portion of Holabird Avenue to Close for Approximately One Month

This closure will only affect Holabird Avenue between Ponca and Newkirk Streets

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a portion of Holabird Avenue will temporarily close for conduit work.

Starting on or about July 09, 2018 Holabird Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Ponca and Newkirk Streets.

Please note that this is NOT the portion of Holabird Avenue in the vicinity of Broening Highway that is heavily traveled; this closure affects only the smaller section of Holabird Avenue west of Ponca Street.

Local access along this portion of Holabird Avenue will be maintained for area businesses.  Construction work is expected to take approximately one month to complete, and it is anticipated that this section of Holabird Avenue will be reopened by mid-July.
