The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge (Hanover Street Bridge) will temporarily close for repair work. 

On Sunday, July 17, 2016 the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge (Hanover Street Bridge) will be closed to through traffic between Waterview Avenue and Cromwell Street from 6:00 a.m. until approximately 3:00 p.m. with detours in effect. 

Detour signs will be posted in the area during the closure.  Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
