Temporary Closure of Westbound Mt. Royal Avenue for Light Rail Track Work

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a portion of westbound Mt. Royal Avenue will be closed this weekend for repairs to the Light Rail tracks.

Starting at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 24, 2017 westbound Mt. Royal Avenue will be closed to through traffic in the vicinity of Dolphin Street.  This closure will remain in effect until 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 26, 2017.  Westbound Mt. Royal Avenue traffic will be detoured at Charles Street during this time.

This track work will cause temporary closures to several Light Rail stations in this vicinity, including Camden Yards, Lexington Market, Mt.
